BOSS is a business operations platform. Orders, warehouse, shipping, jobs, billing, payments and a customer portal, connected to fit each business: online stores, 3PLs, distributors, construction and field service.
PropertyWatchdog is property management for landlords and property managers: rent by ACH, tenants, maintenance and the books.
FinanceBridge connects both to QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, so the operations post to the books without retyping.
Every client runs on its own copy of the platform: its own database, branding and domain. We host it, patch it, back it up every night to encrypted off-site storage, and support it ourselves. There is no ticket queue in another time zone; questions go to the people who wrote the software.
BOSS runs a nationwide fulfillment and display warehouse in California today. Every module was built on that floor, and built to work the same way for the next business through the door.
We run operations businesses ourselves. The software exists because we needed it, and it gets its next feature because someone on a floor needed it that morning.
