Effective September 24, 2026. Fooschoom ("we", "us") operates the website fooschoom.com and the software platforms BOSS, PropertyWatchdog and FinanceBridge. This policy explains what information we handle and how.
fooschoom.com is an informational site. It has no accounts, sets no cookies of its own and loads no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own server.
Like any web server, ours records standard request logs (the address of the requesting device, the pages requested, the browser type and the time). We keep these logs for security and troubleshooting and delete them within 30 days.
If you email us, we use your message and address to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
BOSS, PropertyWatchdog and FinanceBridge are used by businesses (our clients) to run their own operations. Each client's copy of the platform is its own database. The information inside it, such as customers, tenants, orders, invoices, addresses and messages, belongs to that client and is controlled by that client.
Our platforms send transactional email and text messages on behalf of clients, for example order updates, invoices, rent reminders and maintenance updates. Text messages are sent only to people who have opted in. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts and HELP for help. Phone numbers and text-message consent are used only to deliver these messages and are never shared with or sold to third parties for marketing.
When a customer or tenant pays through one of our platforms, card and bank details are entered on the payment processor's secure pages. Our platforms do not store card numbers or bank account numbers. We keep the record of the payment itself (amount, date, status and the invoice or charge it paid).
Connections to our platforms are encrypted in transit. Access is controlled by roles and permissions set by each client. Every client's database is backed up nightly with encrypted, off-site copies. No system is perfectly secure, and we work continually to keep ours that way.
To ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask for its deletion, write to us at the address below. If the information sits inside a client's copy of the platform, we will work with that client, who controls it, to respond.
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new effective date.
