BOSS runs your operations end to end. It is one platform with the modules a business actually runs on: customers, orders and jobs, warehousing, billing and payments, and a portal your customers log in to. We connect the modules to fit your business, whether you sell online, ship for other companies, sell to other businesses, build things, service them, or all of the above.
BOSS is not a warehouse app with extras, or an invoicing app with a warehouse bolted on. It is a set of operations modules, and your setup connects the ones your business runs on. Six kinds of business we build for:
Your website and the marketplaces feed one order board, and one warehouse ships all of it.
Every client under one roof, each with its own portal, its own stores, its own rate card and its own invoice.
Business customers with their own pricing, their own terms and their own people placing orders.
The job is the unit of work, and everything else hangs off it.
Technicians on the road, parts on the truck, invoices before the job is closed.
Quoting, production, installation and nationwide shipping from one building, tracked as one job.
Built for a sign and display business first. Every module works the same way for the next business, so a new setup is a configuration, not a new program. A company can run more than one kind: a contractor's service side and project side share customers, crews and books.
Take the level your operation needs today. The others are already there when you grow into them.
Everything from the first order to the delivery scan.
Know what is on the shelf, what is promised and what is free to sell.
The office side: billing, money, people and control.
BOSS connects to the places orders come from, so nothing is keyed twice and nothing ships from stock you no longer have.
New orders appear on the board as they are placed. Fulfillment, tracking numbers and stock counts flow back to the store.
Marketplace orders join the same queue, ship from the same stock, and get their shipping confirmations sent back automatically.
Bring the shipping accounts you already use. USPS and regional carriers ride alongside FedEx and UPS, and your order history comes with you.
For 3PLs: each client connects their own stores and marketplaces. Their orders route to their stock, their carrier account and their invoice. Retail EDI, the documents big retailers require, is built per client when a program needs it.
BOSS talks to the carriers directly. Your negotiated rates, your account numbers, your invoices from the carrier. We never mark up your shipping; what you charge your own clients for it is your rate card, not ours.
Rate, ship, track, void and print on your own accounts. Multi-piece shipments, international with customs documents, and return labels that ride in the box.
Connect your ShipStation account to use its carriers and rates, USPS included, without leaving BOSS. Orders, labels and tracking stay on one board.
Compare services across carriers for every box before a label is bought. Rules pick the cheapest service that meets the date, and a person can always override.
Consignments for LTL, trucking and courier runs live beside parcel shipments, with their own paperwork, their own tracking and the same customer notices.
Every open shipment is polled until it is delivered. Your customer gets the delivery notice, the order closes itself, and problems show up on the board before anyone calls.
Thermal and PDF labels, packing slips, customs forms and item labels go straight to the printer on the floor. Reprint any of them from the order.
Billing lives where the work lives. An invoice is built from the orders or the job behind it, and every payment lands on the invoice it was for.
Customers pay invoices from the portal by bank debit or card, in full or in part. Cleared money posts to the invoice; a bounced payment reopens it with the bank's reason.
One order to one invoice, many orders compiled onto one, or progress billing against a job. Statements, credits and refunds are issued where the invoice lives, so the books stay right.
Send payments out by ACH from the same system that tracks the work, with the job and the approval on the record. No second ledger to reconcile.
Each customer logs in to the same platform and sees only what is theirs: orders and tracking, invoices to open, download or pay, their address book, their stock in your warehouse and every receipt. For a 3PL, that portal is the product your clients see every day.
Permissions are set per customer and per person. One contact can place orders, another can pay invoices, a third can only look.
A board that makes people wait gets abandoned for a spreadsheet. BOSS is built so it never does.
Tens of thousands of orders on one board, filtered, sorted and selected instantly. The screen draws only the rows you can see, so size never slows it down.
It runs in the browser on the desk, the floor, the truck and the phone. A new version goes live tonight and everyone has it tomorrow morning.
Every list remembers its columns, filters and sort, per person. Your packer's board and your controller's board are the same data, arranged for each of them.
Real operations make mistakes at speed. The platform's job is to make them cheap.
Destructive actions capture what they changed. Undo is a button, gated by permission, with the before and after on the record.
A paid invoice is frozen. Nothing edits it except a reversal of the payment, and every reversal is logged with who and why.
Encrypted, off-site and kept for weeks. Your whole system can be rebuilt from last night, and we test that it can.
Staff report an issue from the screen they are on, with the screenshot attached, and get the answer back inside the app.
BOSS is set up one company at a time: your own database, your logo, your domain, your modules. Nothing is shared with another company, and nothing waits on another company's upgrade.
In production since summer 2026 at a nationwide fulfillment and display warehouse that receives, stores, produces, packs and ships for major film studios. It was built on that floor, and each module was built to work the same way for the next business through the door.
Orders, inventory, receiving, shipping, jobs, work orders, billing, conventions, production and more. Each company runs the set it needs.
Permission templates for admins, managers, desk staff, warehouse and crews, plus per-customer grants for the portal. Costs and prices stay hidden from anyone not cleared to see them.
One database per company, and a full copy of it is yours on request. Customers, addresses, items and open orders come in from spreadsheets, your shipping accounts and your stores, and they can leave the same way.
BOSS is priced as one monthly subscription per company. No per-order fees, no percentage of your shipping, no cut of your payments, no per-user seats, no charge for your customers' portal logins. Card and bank processing fees are the processor's, at its published rates, absorbed by you or passed to the customer; we add nothing on top. Ask, and you get a number.
Tell us what you sell, ship, build or service, and we will walk you through the platform configured the way your business would run it, on real screens.
